Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • US Domestic Orders: Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • International Orders (Non-US): All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or refunds, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • Documentation: Please ensure you have your order number ready when contacting us to initiate the return process.

 

Return Shipping

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address via email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (e.g., you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@wildlance.com

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
