Transportation Time

Domestic (USA): Please allow 7–10 business days for your package to arrive.

International: Delivery typically takes between 20-35 days. Please note that international shipments may require additional time depending on your destination.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are currently taking between 3-5 business days to complete processing. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience!

 

Package Tracking

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your shipment status at any time by logging into your WildLance account.

We partner with all major national carriers and local courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your gear.

 

Shipping Cancellation & Order Changes

Please contact us immediately to check whether your order has been shipped or not. If it hasn't been shipped, we can CHANGE or CANCEL the order for you! 

We process orders quickly, often within one business day of being placed. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us before your items have shipped. Once your package has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Delayed Logistics Updates 

There may occasionally be delays in pickups and transit times from our carriers. You may notice that your order takes longer to reflect transit updates than you are used to, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your items to you. Once you receive tracking information, please allow some additional time for the carrier's system to reflect the latest updates.
