This is a solid knife it feels very durable. It comes reasonably sharp. It's even got black coating on the blade to protect it. The handle material feels like good quality and sturdy. This model does have a locking feature, but looking at how it locks with only a tiny circular piece of metal that only covers a portion of the blade thickness, I wonder if this is going to be a reliable locking mechanism.
The best feature of the knife is that it can be opened with one hand. Either depress the unlock button and fling it open or by using the notch on the bottom of the back of the blade. It does take some practice though, because it doesn't always catch on the first try.
One other issue I ran into is that due to the aggressively textured grip which feels great in the hand, when clipping it onto my pocket it tends to grab onto the pocket really hard and not want to come unclipped, making it a bit harder to access when needed, compared to other knives.
Overall its a bit pricey and could use a more solid locking mechanism but its a nice knife and should work well.
Great quality
Just arrived yesterday and so far, I’m loving it. I own over 40 pocket knives and over the last 24 hours I haven’t touched any of them because I can’t put this one down. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this knife considering the price. Blade is sharp and slices well. Both the thumb hole and rear flipper work well for deployment and make for a very fidget friendly piece. The locking mechanism is solid as well. The handle grips nicely and the pocket clip is good. I also really like the aesthetics of the knife. The thumb hole is unique but works perfectly for me. I ordered 3 knives from HK and this was the first to arrive. I’m hoping the other two are just as awesome as this one!
The price of this knife does not reflect the quality. This is not a "budget" knife. It's awesome!
Excellant knife
The Wildlance folding is fantastic. Superior edge geometry and sharpness. I cut multiple mediums and the knife never slowed down. 100% woth picking one up. I made a full YouTube review. Wildlance folding knife review Donnie B All Day. Let's watch it perform.
Very nice, the blade is spectacular, fit and finish are great with beautiful titanium grips.
The folding good lock is a solid folder with grippy textured scales, deep carry and a large choil that allows a firm grip in use. The blade is a practical utility shape and deployed via either the flipper or good lock. The lock releases the blade and then needs compressing to embed between the scales. The design is pleasing and makes a very useful part of my EDC.
It is a D2 steel knife with textured titanium plates which ensures a very good grip even with wet hands. The opening system is a "semi-assisted" flipper. I would like to point out that I am not a fan of assisted openings but on this model the spring is very light and you can hardly feel it. It has an ambidextrous belt clip and a small detail is that it comes with a small blue plate to fill the hole in the missing clip on the opposite plate. The finishes are excellent, the blade is perfectly centered, the screws are integrated into the handle and do not protrude from the inside. The knife comes with a razor sharp edge. I was surprised by the finishes of this small entry-level knife from Wildlance. If you are looking for a small, cheap utility to do everything, this model is great. ??
This folding knife comes in a sturdy hard titanium case, almost like the Pelican cases. The knife itself screams quality material and razor sharpness. It's also compact and easy to carry outside the case. The is a notch to close the blade, if opened. Great gift or for self.????
i really dig this knife and i hope you guys do too! i cannot believe it’s march already, time goes by so fast.
The ti-swell from Wildlance is excellent! The blade is super sharp, and the handle feels great in hand, perfect for long use. Very impressed with the quality!
The Wildlance folding is an intriguing design that showcases the brand’s willingness to experiment and innovate. From its unique locking mechanism to the ergonomic handle and practical blade, it’s clear that this knife was thoughtfully designed. While it has some quirks, they’re balanced by its charm and performance. For those seeking something off the beaten path, the folding is a compelling option worth considering.
The ti-swell is sharp and comfortable—perfect for outdoor use.
This knife is top-notch! Stays sharp and cuts like a dream. folding ?????
The ti-swell is sharp and comfortable—perfect for outdoor use.
the knives are excellent, I'll probably buy more soon
Shipped very fast. Came in a cool hard case knife is sharp and feels great. Very happy with it.
Absolutely great knife. An outdoor folder in the shape of a gentleman's knife
This is a great knife. It’s got a super slicey dropoint coated D2 blade. Came sharp right out the box! Perfect for every day cutting tasks.
Sporting some sleek black titanium handles. It can be tactical, yet classy at the same time.
The action is also on point. Back flipper deployment with a snappy detent. You can also use the well constructed plunge lock as an alternate deployment method.
All and all a pretty solid choice for an EDC pocket knife!
The folding in Titanium is a very rugged knife that feels like it will last a very long time! I highly recommend it.
Fast delivery, great presentation and a sturdy blade ??
I have impressed with the Wildlance folding Plunge Lock, which is well finished with no rough edges, comfortable in hand (no clip hot spot) and the flipper/plunge lock both work very well together. The blade is a great shape, sharp and cuts nicely. The scale design is unusual, has neat micro milling, provides lots of grip and grips the pocket well with the clip. The plunge lock button is low profile, a good size, easy to find/use, provides a solid lock-out for heavy duties. I would definitely recommend this edition.
While this is a very sturdy knife, it is stiff as can be. It is very well made and the blade is razor sharp right out of the box. It is however difficult to operate one-handed. There is no locking feature on it so if you happen to drop it or have it in your pocket it will pop open on its own and it will also snap shut on its own though that takes a little bit of effort. The thumb grip to swing the blade open is extremely difficult to maneuver with. It's lightweight but rugged so that in itself makes it a decent knife, it's just difficult to use, and if you have any kind of dexterity issues like I have, this knife is going to be virtually useless for you.
This is a great little pocket knife. It's compact and easy to use. Made of durable smooth metal and titanium with a moderately sharp blade. It's easy to open and fold without fear of cutting yourself. This one has a belt clip as well which is always nice!
The knife is well made. It has good rivets and a good hinge to it. The material seems to be pretty sturdy, even if it does have an almost titanium feel to it. The blade is decently made, and it kept a pretty decent edge. It is hard to open one handed, which might be the deal breaker to it being my daily carry, and the pocket clip is literally just a wire.
